Location: Helsley Ranch in Caldwell, ID
Dates: Fri, Dec 7th through Sun, Dec 9th
Classes: Fri, Dec 7th - 2 runs of PN and N/N
              Sat, Dec 8th and Sun, Dec 9th - Open and Nursery
Judges: TDB
Entries are open from Nov 12th through Dec 4th.
Participants will be asked to help. Please bring your own food, drink & shelter. There will be a potluck on Saturday. A porta-potty will be provided.

AHBA trial

Idaho Herding Association will be having an AHBA sanctioned trial Oct 20th and 21st. On Oct 20th, the trial will be held at Couch Ranch in Caldwell, ID. The trial will have a ranch course (HRD) and will be judged by Erin O'Brien of Seattle, WA. On Oct 21st, we'll be at Ohadi Ranch in Caldwell, ID for arena courses on sheep and ducks, including the HTD. You can find the informational flyer here and the trial entry form here. Fire Ridge Vineyard SDT 2012

Location: Farm of Ray Williams and Melinda Eden in Milton-Freewater, OR

Judges; Open: Patrick Shannahan, Other classes: TBD

Entry Fees (per run): Open: $60   Nursery (NU): $25   Pro-Novice (PN): $35   Novice-Novice (NN): $25

Schedule: (Nu, PN and NN will be run on a separate field from Open)
Thursday, Oct. 25: Open #1 (starts at 7:15am), PN #1, Nu #1 (starts at 8am)
Friday: Oct. 26: Complete Open #1 (starts at 7:15am) then begin Open #2, Nu #2, PN#2 (starts at 8am)
Saturday, Oct. 27: Complete Open #2 (starts at 7:15am), Nu #3, PN #3, NN #1 and 2 (starts at 8am)
Sunday, Oct. 28: Open Double-Lift Final (starts at 8am): 14 teams: Top 10 cumulative scores, plus top two teams from each round (without duplication).

Sheep are provided by Harlow Sheep Co. Camping is available on-site, no hookups. Breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase on-site.
